The Slit Out

“Style is knowing who you are, what you want to say, and not giving a damn”

Hi there!
It’s getting so hot in Delhi day by day. It’s so hard to go shoot the outfit in the heat and so I get up early morning but still if there is not Sun, there are people staring like fools. Haha it’s really funny but now I have got used to it, I don’t give a damn. I absolutely love what I do and it’s the best thing that ever happened to me. I was always into fashion and modelling but never took it up professionally. But now I am doing what I love and never have I been happier.
My today’s post is all about this gorgeous outfit I got from this amazing store, Pink Candy Closet. How I love their name! It’s so adorable. I got this navy blue gown from them with a high slit on one side. The gown has sequin patchwork on the waist and shoulder. There are three strings at the back that diagonally attach to the gown from one shoulder. The gown has a good padding and it fits really well. Mostly in this material the body shape and inners are clearly visible but if you wear dark color and take one size bigger then it looks much better.
I think this gown is perfect for cocktail parties and dinners. I recently attended a launch party and wore this. It looked absolutely perfect and got highly appreciated. It’s a very comfortable outfit and I was happily running around in it everywhere. I styled this outfit with my black heels from Catwalk. These are my most favorite pair of heels. These were the first ever pair of heels that I bought during graduation with the money I saved. I love the black elastic bands around them that gives in a very unique look. I am wearing minimal makeup with bold red lips. I am wearing my favorite lipstick from Mac, Ruby Woo. Many of you girls ask me to let you know what lipsticks shades I wear so from now on I’ll mention in all my blog posts.
I styled this outfit with the amazing accessories I got from Love Shona’s Collection.
I am wearing cuff rings on one hand and studded bracelets on the other. I have kept my neck bare and just wore lot of golden accessories on my hands. Check out the pictures below and don’t forget to see the collection by Pink Candy Closet.
